    Has anyone rebuilt and tested them yet, along with upgrading? If so
I think we're fine to change the version to -1 and tag.

    With the current situation that has arrisen I think it will be best
to resolve it before we actually proceed any further but have the
packaging (source & binaries) ready to be signed and uploaded but to
hold off on doing so for now.
