[Pkg-xen-devel] linux patch package

Hello,

I am trying to install xen in a debian box. I have installed your
packages for etch version. In that package, in the documentation, in the
README.Debian.gz file, you say:

"...The only thing we can give you is the patch, which is included in
the linux-patch-xen package. You are expected to install this package,
download a 2.6.12 kernel from kernel.org (this is the version supported
by xen right now. The patch will make it a 2.6.12.6+xen kernel) and roll
your own kernel..."

Unfortunately, I haven't found this package anywhere. I have also look
for it in the debian package archives, but I haven't found it. All that
I have found is the package kernel-patch-xen, under unstable version of
debian, but it is a patch for kernel 2.6.11, not 2.6.12 as you mention
in the documentation.

Where can I found that patch package?
