For some reasons I don't know, initrds aren't built automatically for
xenified Linux kernel image packages.  You currently have to do that by
hand by running `sudo update-initramfs -c -k 2.6.16-2-xen-k7' to create
the image and afterwards use `sudo update-initramfs -u -k
2.6.16-2-xen-k7' to update it when needed.
