I'm using the .deb packages from
<http://www.heise.de/ct/Redaktion/ps/downloads.shtml>.  Put the following
into your `/etc/apt/sources.list':

#v+
deb http://www.heise.de/ct/Redaktion/ps/downloads etchxen310/
#v-

Then install the xen-hypervisor-3.1.0-1-i386-pae hypervisor package.

I'm using the linux-image-2.6.18-4-xen-686 Linux kernel package.
