[Pkg-xen-devel] one more patch for packaging of Xen 3.1

Hi,

after working with my Xen 3.1 packages I stumbled again over a  
missing piece in packaging. With the attached additional patch some  
more Xen utilties start working (e.g. for saving and restoring  
domains). Without the patch some binaries did not find some libraries.
