pkg-xen at the moment is not related with the libvirt and virt-manager ITP
though I don't see any problem hosting the development in our svn repository if
the people who have first ITPed them and in general the maintainers want to! You
may want to look for the ITP and talk with who submitted them and see what their
plan is!

In general before their inclusion the upload of xen 3.1 is needed and in that
the separation of the library packages. There are already patches in this sense,
are you interested to help developing/testing/maintaining xen you are welcome to
do so!
