[Pkg-xen-devel] Patches for Xen 3.1 packaging, changes for pygrub and man pages

After working a few more days with the Xen 3.1 packages build with my  
patches I've found two bugs. The attached diff contain the fixes -  
it's a full diff against xen-3.0 rev 391 and xen-common rev 388; they  
are not yet synced with Guido Trotter's patches for Xen 3.0.4 now in  
trunk.

The bugs fixed:

Pygrub did not work due to some well known issues and Python library  
pathes. I've moved all pygrub related patches two a dpatch file of  
its own. One point I did not get into detail are additional  
dependencies to some filesystem-dev packages: Upstream mentions  
e2fslibs-dev and libreiserfs-dev (later is just present in  
unstable?). I've build my test packages with e2fslibs-dev installed,  
but it even builds without.

My patch to xen-common dropped the man pages for xm and some other  
tools. That was wrong. The actual diff references the build target  
"build" and the man pages now get build by calling debian/rules  
binary. But may be that isn't necessary if building with buildpackage  
- I did not try ;-)
