It are patches for 2.6.24, not for 2.6.26. Maybe a kernel developer can
tell more about it, I've heard it would be a real pain to offer security
support for it. Ubuntu does not offer security support for universe
packages...

I've heard Novell has a dom0 for Linux 2.6.26, and they offer security
support. But I don't know if you can download the patches already.

It would also be possible to backport the 64-bit domU from 2.6.27.
But the people from the kernel-team do not like that.
