What about the HVM support?  If that is used, will any domU kernel (e.g. any
Lenny kernel) be valid?

Using the combination of etch/amd64 kernel + lenny/amd64 dom0 + Xen 3.2 from
Lenny for amd64, what other OSes should work with HVM?  Solaris 10 and
Windows?

Would it be too much to ask for a pretty table on the wiki showing the
various combinations of architectures, packages and OSes that are valid?
