Yes, but the issue is that this is very unlikely to make it into Lenny,
and is not very futureproof... 

And then, with 3.1.3 the Etch Kernels seem to run fine, but I didn't
come to test if the Kernels from Etch run with Xen 3.2 - did the
Hypervisor API change or someting? 
(Probably there is some stuff necessary to enjoy the ACPI and S3 Support
introduced in 3.2?)
