Sorry, i mistyped: i obviously intended dom0-cpus=1
Anyway, i tried (dom0-cpus 1) in config file and it seems to fix things
just to be sure to understand correctly the effects of this option: it means 
that normal processes in Dom0 don't use more than a cpu, but domU can still 
use the other 3 cpu cores, am i right?
