You can't have done because it hasn't been built yet (I only committed
it shortly before I sent my mail). The latest available build is
currently r12451. (I should have been clearer about this, like I was in
my post to the bug itself)

The builds seem to occur daily in early morning European time so please
try again tomorrow.
