I'm unaware that anything of this is public API. The public API is the
xmlrpc interface to xend.

You are free to extend the search path in your application.

Nothing which resides in /usr/lib/xen-* is stable API/ABI from our point
of view.

Setting it to wontfix because I don't see how this could be changed.
