There wont be support from Debian if nobody works on it. I think this is
what Bastian more or less wrote (correct me if I'm wrong). So if you
want ARM support for Xen in Debian, buy the hardware, and work on a diff
for packaging the port. Things don't get done magically, at some point,
someone has to work on it to make it happen.

As for the ARM support in Xen, this is quite a new thing. It's done by
Samsung in Korea, which is why the next Xen Summit Asia will be held there.

As of now, I am quite unsure if this port is viable. I quite know from
the Samsung person that was in the Xen Summit Asia 2009 that last year,
it wasn't in a shape good enough to be considered stable. This might
have change though, as a lot of patches has been sent to the xen-devel
list, but then I believe you should make sure of it. Maybe contacting
the authors of this port would be a good idea.
