FWIW, I touched the mentioned /etc/udev/kernel-upgrade file on two
nothing-to-loose-domU's running sid off of a lenny dom0. Full-upgraded and
rebooted the domU's, and I haven't experienced any issues yet. I haven't
rebooted the dom0 since, but that should make little difference.

This of course doesn't imply anything the likes of official support for recent
udev's, nor does it help for xen-host's who will have to tell their customers
to ignore such aggressive warnings.
