[Pkg-xen-devel] xen-qemu-dm does not build with backported xen-4.1

Because it's a fact? qemu-xen-4.1-testing.git is a separate
branch/repository from qemu-xen-4.0-testng.git. Of course
qemu-xen-4.0-testing.git didn't change for the 4.1 release!
