It doesn't look like it to me.
I wouldn't recommend the upstream qemu Xen support for an upload to
Debian at this stage anyway -- the new qemu is in reasonable shape but
the surrounding toolstack infrastructure isn't really up to scratch and
there has been no upstream release using this combination and hence
there has been almost no upstream validation or widespread use of the
upstream qemu.
In particular we are hoping to switch to SeaBIOS as part of the
transition and so we don't really want to support upstream-qemu+ROMBIOS
combinations in the wild.
Leading Debian users down that path right now would not be in their best
interests IMHO.
