Actually, it's TOOLSTACK=xl

In fact, it does start when TOOLSTACK=<nothing> or TOOLSTACK=xm, I have
never tested any other value.

Ah!?! At least, after a reboot, I didn't see xend running. Maybe it's a
side effect of the "xm" command not working when TOOLSTACK=xl?
