[Pkg-xen-devel] Bug#644390: Please make it possible to link a against libxlutil

Hi,
please make it possible to link against libxenlight by including
libxenlight.so and libxl.h into libxen-dev. 

This is needed to enable the xenlight interface in libvirt.
