[Pkg-xen-devel] Bug#682202: xcp-squeezed: race between xenstore initialization and sqeezed

ÐI found race condtion between xcp-sqeezed and /etc/init.d/xen scripts.

If sleep 10 added to xcp-sqeezed host (xcp-sqeezed and xapi) initialize 
normally, and if not with some probability sqeezed/xapi failed to start with message:
