I was hoping to filter out the many xend bugs in the bts which are
clearly never going to get fixed, until the point where we remove xend
and can just close them.

Interesting, I was also considering a usertag for marking xen related
kernel bugs. It was a toss up between pkg-xen-devel@ and debian-kernel@
namespace...

Thx.

Only thing I'm not certain of is how discoverable the usertags are, I'll
see if I can find a suitable wikipage or bit of alioth to write about
them on.
