Xen (#812166) is (was) listed as a blocker because it depends on
`openssl' and according to the bug it can't be build. It could be
possible that Xen fails to build due to incompatible changes in the
openssl binary. The rebuild also included the linux package which passed
(so it is possible that Xen passes, too).

The blocker are removed due to #820044.
