[Pkg-xen-devel] Autogenerated -dbgsym packages made my package by REJECTed

These .debs were generated automatically by debhelper.  It is true
that they don't have extended descriptions, but I think that's
correct.  None of the docs I could find on this new feature [1] seem
to cover this aspect.

I made my upload with `sbuild -A' (and dgit built the source package
and used mergechanges to generate the .changes, which I include below
FYI [2]).

Some of the docs suggest doing a source-only upload but AIUI that
would be rejected because it would be NEW.

Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong ?
