[Pkg-xen-devel] Updated Xen packages for XSA 216..225

I did this and my upload was rejected because of the lack of
xen_4.8.1.orig.tar.gz.

Do I need to rebuild with -sa, and resign everything, or can I do
something short of that ?

(dgit upload support for s.d.o would avoid this kind of thing since
dgit always gets this right, based on information from the archive.)
