I have installed Debian 9.4 Stretch (stable) with Xen Hypervisor 4.8
on a NUMA machine with two AMD Epyc processors. The machine is booting
in UEFI mode.

This warning message in journal log appears only when booting the
hypervisor kernel. It does not appear when booting the default kernel.

The machine has 32/64 cores/threads and the message appears 64 times.
When using the kernel parameter "dom0_max_vcpus=8 dom0_vcpus_pin" the
message appears only 8 times.
