Nice idea!

The first questions that come to mind are:

* What is the target audience for the talk?
* How would you describe the goal of the talk? .. or .. What result are
you aiming for? .. or .. What would you like to happen to call it a success?

The description is mainly about sharing information about what kind of
work needs to happen.

How would you describe the target audience for that? I suspect that
possible candidates to be interested in working on Xen in Debian are at
least those who are using Xen themselves, and especially the ones who
now already regularly rebuild the Debian packages with patches and
additions of their own.

Are those people at Debconf? Or do we hope that they will browse through
the video archive?

What are your ideas about this?

Hans
