Package: xenstore-utils
Version: 4.11.1~pre.20180911.5acdd26fdc+dfsg-2
Severity: normal
while doing 'aptitude safe-upgrade' with today's updates, I got the
following error:
Unpacking xenstore-utils (4.11.1~pre.20180911.5acdd26fdc+dfsg-2) over (4.8.3+xsa267+shim4.10.1+xsa267-1+deb9u9) ...

Errors were encountered while processing:
/tmp/apt-dpkg-install-NA96TI/4-xenstore-utils_4.11.1~pre.20180911.5acdd26fdc+dfsg-2_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Doing another 'aptitude safe-upgrade' directly thereafter succeeded,
hence (only) severity normal.
My guess would be a missing breaks/replaces issue.
