Hi Debian Xen list,
I guess there's people like me, who do not want to upgrade all their
dom0s to Buster yet now.
This is a FYI about the fact that the current 4.11 packages build just
fine on Stretch. (and, I'd like to keep it like that, at least until the
buster release).
I just refreshed the stretch-backports branch on salsa, which simply
adds a changelog entry:

Grab the orig tar from the debian archive, and then you can build it in
stretch pbuilder (that's what I do) or your favorite other way to build
things.
It boots and you can run PV and PVH, but there's no qemu. Well, there
is, if you do a rebuild for that as well yourself making it take the
libxen-dev 4.11 as build dep. I didn't do that, as I don't use HVM, and
am in the process of converting from PV to PVH, so for me it does not
matter.
Have fun, don't hesitate to ask about things or report success/failure
and other feedback!
Thanks,
Hans
