Option 3: User gets to keep the pieces.  (If they file a bug tell them
to only change the string when xenstored is not running.)

The point about allowing absolute paths is not there to make this a
fully supported feature.  It's just to not obstruct people who (think
they) know what they are doing.

Let's not do this at this stage of the buster release.
