Or, upgrade from jessie to stretch with backports...

I'd almost say "I know someone who's doing exactly that!", but we always
(automated) reinstall instead of upgrading.

Anyway, because of the great xend / xm cleanup earlier this will still
only work when you were already using xl on Jessie.

I'll drop the cleanup, but I'm gonna keep moving the command, since...

    -# /usr/lib/xen-4.11/bin/xen-init-dom0 >/dev/null
    Dom0 is already set up

...this noop message is printed to stderr all the time, and I'd rather
not silence stderr.
