Hi Holger,
I'm hunting down old bug reports in the Xen packages, trying to clean up
a bit, and also ran into this one.
Unfortunately noone ever replied to it. One of the reasons for that is
likely that the Xen team in Debian was not overly active around that time.
Since you also mention you couldn't reproduce the issue, I'm going to
copy paste my standard text here:

Note that even if you found a solution, it's still very useful to report
it back to our bug tracker. There might be someone else running into the
same problem, who can be helped with your information.
