That one should likely have still been marked "WIP"...

Main goal for me was to be able to get rid of PyGRUB.  Does still work,
but there are distinctly better tools for most situations.

One issue which remains is where PyGRUB should actually be installed.
Neither /usr/bin nor /usr/sbin really feels right as it isn't useful to
run directly from a shell in most cases.

Then comes that task of ensuring it doesn't get broken during the move...
(I fear patch v1 may break things due to moving the `pygrub` Python
script)
