That's the right link, I checked it.

As for the moreinfo tag, I added it as a reminder that we don't
have enough information to finalize a patch for upstream.

Jan Beulich noted that a question about the number of pages of
memory that are needed by the domain needs to be resolved:

So I think the moreinfo tag is appropriate until that question is
resolved and upstream is ready to accept a patch.

If that is wrong, then you can remove the tag.
