Yeah that's right, and I think now there is enough information known to
finalize a patch for upstream (the only question was how many pages of
memory to permit, and both Qemu and Xen agree it is 3), so I removed
the moreinfo tag. I am working on a patch to propose to upstream for
the Xen staging branch, as Jan suggested. If it is accepted, then I will add
the fixed-upstream tag.
