[Pkg-xen-devel] Bug#1041533: Also affects Ganeti Package

This issue also affects the Ganeti Package indirectly - it does not allow
the user to disable the vncpasswd file/configuration which results in
unbootable instances after an Upgrade to Debian Bookworm:
