* New upstream release.
* debian/control:
  - added build-dep on intltool, pkg-config, libglib2.0-dev,

  - update build-dep on xfce4-panel-dev to match Xfce 4.4.
  - remove Rudy and Martin from Uploaders:.
  - updated standards version to 3.8.0.
* debian/copyright:
  - update dates.
