Hi Marcelo.  Thank you!  It is waiting in NEW now, let's see how long it
takes.

It ended up being a 1.4.1 due to so few changes.  I've pulled this into
debian's git now, and also replaced the shlibs with a symbols file.
Once 1.4.0-2 has been accepted and appear to build (or not), I'll upload
it (which I should be able to, then).
