[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Remove files from tarball

Hi,
I am currently trying to get jabberd2-2.2.17 into debian.
The Debian build process breaks because of 2 files which are shipped
with
the tarbal l(config.guess and config.sub) The Debian
build process uses his own files for architecture depend builds.
Dont know if removing them breaks you build system.
I also attach a patch for a typo and one for the hypen character in the
man file.;)
The last one is not a necessary one..
