[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Bug#710688: jwchat: fails to install with apache 2.4

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.

  Unpacking jwchat (from .../jwchat_1.0+dfsg-1.1_all.deb) ...
  Setting up jwchat (1.0+dfsg-1.1) ...
  
  Creating config file /etc/jwchat/config.js with new version
  
  Creating config file /etc/apache2/sites-available/jwchat with new version
  Enabling module proxy.
  To activate the new configuration, you need to run:
    service apache2 restart
  Considering dependency proxy for proxy_http:
  Module proxy already enabled
  Enabling module proxy_http.
  To activate the new configuration, you need to run:
    service apache2 restart
  ERROR: Site jwchat does not exist!
  dpkg: error processing jwchat (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   jwchat

This problem appeared after the apache 2.4 transition was started.
