Hi,
Now the freeze is over I want to try to get both packages into debian
again.
I made the corrections you suggested, but 2 things I want to pick-up if
the
files are uploaded.
- rewrite the rules to make it a pure debhelper package.
- rewrite init and component.d files to make then less bashish ;)
I hope you will look into the jabberd2 and jabber-muc packages and
sponsor it.
I use both packages since december last year on my production server so
I think
you dont have to be afraid to sponsor them ;)
Still did not get any reply from the XMPP group so I guess they are not
interested
in uploading the package.
Links to the packages:

Hope to hear from you soon!
Greetings,
WIllem
