Why do you believe that NO cipher is a positive result?

The expected result for a working encryption should be

Server >>>>> public key is 2048 bit <<<<< !!!
Secure Renegotiation >>>>> IS supported <<<<< !!!

Absolute. Users of XMPP just want to believe that the connection is encrypted.
