[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Finishing migration to Salsa

Hi team,

I am going to import all git repos from [1] to Salsa [2] except of git repos
which are already on Salsa (jabber-muc, jwchat, libphp-jabber, strophejs) or
are useless (OLD_jabber-muc, pkg-xmpp).

After that redirection from Alioth might be asked via [3].

Any objections?
