[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Remove jappix from salsa? (Closed RFP #619347)

Hi,

Jappix has been declared dead on 2016-06-09 by upstream.
There was only *one* minor commit in 2017-01.

Alternatives are Movim (#858367), also written in PHP like Jappix
and Salut à Toi, written in Python and already in Debian
(https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/salutatoi).

I suggest to remove Jappix from salsa.
