[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Prosody bugs #899352, #899357, and #899359

Hi,

the fix of #851669 unfortunately fails, e.g. when there is no
snakeoil cert. I'll revert the fix¹ for now for stable
backports, but we should find a better solution for this.

There is now the prosodyctl command to import certificates, but
it did not work for me when I tried. I have to check again,
maybe I did something wrong.
