Simple answer is no.

At least not with the current level of activity of maintainers and
users of our packages. More over I am seriously doubt that the time
of replies there will be much less than now via emails.

Psi+ users usually prefer to contact me directly. More over they
do this mostly via email. This shows the popularity of XMPP even
among XMPP users...

As for other XMPP clients and servers I would hardly may help users
with them.

Hey! I use my XMPP related packages daily! =)
And as I see you use Gajim daily as well.
What other client programs need additional attention from us?

More group chats, more distracted factors... =(

I have not faced with such task before. Probably there are solutions
for this using IRC or XMPP bots. But is it really needed?

Could you describe more verbose why our XMPP server at vogler.d.o
could not be used for this?

BTW why rtc at conference.d.o has restriction to connections only
from DDs accounts? What is the purpose of that group chat at all?

Personally I will not be able to spend my time for moderation.
Sorry.

Best wishes,
Boris
