I don't believe in debian/missing-sources :-) It feels wrong to me.

How can I be sure, that I really can build binaries from missing-sources,
if I don't actually attempt to do so? Extreme idea: For an "all" package,
put everything into debian/missing-sources and never suffer FTBFS, again!

I.e. I will at least try to build the PNG in d/rules, if I'm at it.
