[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Bug#937969: python-omemo-backend-signal: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye

The fact that python-omemo-backend-signal hasn't been removed yet is
preventing python-omemo, python-xeddsa, and python-nacl from migrating to
Testing.

It's only needed as a Recommends for sat-xmpp-core, whch is about to be
removed from Testing. I think it would be better to go ahead and drop the -
python-omemo=-backend-signal, but I'm going to bump the severity of this bug
and wait for maintainer feedback. If python-omemo-backend-signal is removed
from Testing as a result, that will solve the problem of the other packages
not migrating.

If you'd prefer I NMU to remove it, please let me know (please cc me as I'm
not subscribed to the bug).
