[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Bug#960948: libstrophe-dev: missing dependencies

Package: libstrophe-dev
Version: 0.9.3-1

After installing libstrophe-dev as build dependency (in pbuilder) it is
unusable due missing dependencies:

pkg-config --exists --print-errors "libstrophe >= 0.9.2"
Package expat was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `expat.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'expat', required by 'libstrophe', not found

The same happens for openssl, both are mentioned as required in
libstrophe's .pc file.
