due to Debian's release cycle, it's not possible for us to directly
update the version in stable. but, I see a few options here, in order of
unlikely to be broken, fairly unlikely to be broken, and definitely
kinda broken:

 - wait until the next stable release [1], currently planned for the
   14th (in 3 days!) - you'll end up with 0.2.0 when you upgrade to
   bullseye
 
 - if you can't wait, or want to stay on buster, you can install 0.2.0
   from backports [2]

 - finally, if you really want 0.2.1 /and/ the video calling features
   rolled in (this is pretty broken, be warned) you can install it from
   experimental [3]
