The issue is that GTK 3 made a breaking change that's causing assertion
failures in Dino. See #992627, which this is a duplicate of, for the
sleuthing. This bug affects both the versions of Dino in unstable and
experimental.

Since this seems to make Dino unusable for multiple people, and even on
a fresh installation, I'm bumping the severity to serious.

The package maintainers have not responded yet. If they don't in the
two weeks, or give me the go-ahead, I'd be glad to prepare an NMU for
unstable. (Aside: I am subscribed to the mailing list and have proposed
changes to the other XMPP packages; perhaps if they'd ACK me it could
just be considered a team upload?) I'm neither DD nor DM, so I'd need
sponsorship in any case.
